You’ll need access to a decent internet connection so you’ll be able to watch the video classes easily.

You’ll need some kind of PDF reader to be able to download the PDF worksheets. The most common one is Adobe Acrobat Readerand it’s FREE.

It’s best to login using an actual desktop or laptop rather than a mobile device, this is because not all mobile devices recognise all kinds of technology and there are more likely to be glitches.

I suggest stocking up on large sheets of paper (A1) or whiteboards for mapping out BIG plans. Also a selection of nice pens and notebooks or folders for organising your content-writing.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Supplier (LeNoble Management Consultancy) be liable to the Customer for any loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of profits or for any other indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever.

LeNoble Management Consultancy warrant that the Materials will be of satisfactory quality but do not warrant that the Materials will be error free.

Definitions

You may be referred to as either the ‘client’, ‘customer’, ‘student’ or ‘participant’. Passive Income Rocks may be referred as ‘the course’ ‘the academy’ ‘the school’ ‘the program’ or ‘PIR’. “Program” refers this self-study program of online learning course materials. For clarity the terms ‘ecourse’ ‘e-learning’ ‘program’ ‘course’ and ‘self-study’ are interchangeable and refer to any course that you study at home and not in a physical property or venue with Star Khechara present. The terms ‘materials’ ‘modules’ ‘downloads’ ‘lessons’ and ‘coursework’ refer to the electronic documents, videos & supporting information that are provided for your studies.

Enrolment and Payments

Enrolment is not considered complete until payment has been made (either first instalment or full payment) and has cleared.

Cancellation/Refund policy.

Your statutory right under the consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, allows you 14 working days from the day after purchase of a course in which to make a written request for cancellation. Email is accepted as a formal written request.

Refunds will be made done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Payment Plans

Permission to pay the PIR enrolment fee by instalments is a privilege not a right. Missed or late payments can result in full payment balance being requested. Missed payments of longer than 14 days will result in membership access to PIR being suspended until payment is made. Suspension of access to PIR will remain in place indefinitely if the payment plan is abandoned.
Student support services

All students will have access to a private Facebook group with is monitored by Heidi van ‘t Riet. The aim of the group is to provide an interactive learning space and peer-support.

Bullying or harassment is not permitted and such behaviour will result in suspension from the group, without refund.

Students must respect the equality and diversity policies of the UAE when interacting with fellow learners in the group.

Personalised support is not included with the courses. Please do not abuse the Facebook group by relentlessly tagging members or Heidi van ‘t Riet for personalised support. Relentlessly tagging Heidi van ‘t Riet for personalised help will result in removal from the Facebook group.

Termination of service

Heidi reserves the right remove from the support group any students who act inappropriately or otherwise bully, harass and cause offence to other students.

You will still have access to the course itself.

Abandoned payment plans will also result in termination of access to the Passive Income Rocks academy. 

Copyright and code of conduct

This agreement is part of the general terms and conditions that you accept when you enrol.

You promise to not copy, resell, publish or otherwise distribute any of the course materials given to you

You promise to conduct yourself in a professional manner when using the Facebook support group.

You promise to use the given channels of communication for student support as outline in your student handbook and in these terms and conditions.

The academy is designed to be a one-stop-shop of all the courses + classes you need to great a thriving, successful passive income based online business. 

You have total freedom to move through the courses and the extra classes at your own pace. Some courses might not be essential to your business. Some might be too basic or even too advanced for now. That’s the magic of PIR, it’s got everything needed so you can pick & choose to go through only the classes you need, you can come back time and time again for more.

You get lifetime access to the program. Lifetime access means for the lifetime of the academy. As long as the academy exists, you’ll have access to it without needing to pay again.

Most tech issues can easily be fixed by following a few simple geek tweaks below:

1. The typical ‘switch it off and on again’ applies here. Sounds daft but it often works.

2. Try a different browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer)

3. Make sure your browser is up to date!

4. Make sure you computer stuff is up to date! (that means your software and your operating system).

5. Check that you’re actually using a computer and not trying to download PDFs to your mobile device (it won’t always work as mobile devices can be unpredictable).

6. Breath. Eat chocolate.

7. Clear your cache. This is essential to do anyway as a matter of weekly or daily housekeeping. A clogged cache can make your computer and browsers run slow and gets in the way of certain functions. Keep your cache nice and clean and detoxed.

8. Take the dogs for a walk. Run a bath. Meditate.

9. If all else fails send Heidi an email at hello@passiveincomerocks.com with the subject ‘tech help needed’. 

Please note that tech support emails will only be answered during the working week Sunday to Thursday. Remember that Heidi is in the UAE so an email sent in your time on a Thursday may not actually been seen by Heidi until Sunday.

Once logged in, the Passive Income Portal is very simple to use. There is a menu at the top of each page where you can quickly jump to whichever part of the program you want to.

The main program is in the ‘main modules’ section and these should be done first.

During the main modules you may need to dip into the ‘tech tutorial vault’ section of the library to find mini-trainings to assist you with the implementation and building of your ecourse, membership site or academy.

The bonus programs are added extras to help you with the supporting techniques or technology essential to earning passive income.
